Hello and welcome to Living A Robust Life. When I originally started on this journey, I was trying to figure out how to be strong and healthy again. My health had taken a seemingly sudden nose dive, and I didn’t really know what to do.
Up until that time, it felt as though things had been going really well. I was privileged enough to travel both in my home country and outside of it. I had seen many beautiful landscapes, been caught in downpours, gone camping with friends and truly had nothing I could genuinely complain about.
As a result, getting sick was surprising to me. This was mainly because I couldn’t really figure out how it had happened. I had grown up eating a fairly healthy diet and, even though I was more likely to be in spectator sports than participator ones, I couldn’t even remember being so physically out of sync.
The original version of Living A Robust Life was a place for me to capture the journey to getting strong and healthy again. The journey that led me here. This new version of Living A Robust Life is one where I stop trying to figure things out on my own, and focus on the path God is leading me on.
That said, today we are celebrating a huge milestone. I am an author, and my first published book is currently available to the public.
In this chapter, I am hoping to discover new levels of strength and resiliency. I am glad you’re here because we get to do this together. As we cheer each other on along our individual paths of evolution, I want to ask you for one thing: whatever your journey looks like don’t give up. Keep hoping and taking one step forward at a time. Take breaks if you need to, but don’t give up. Don’t stop moving forward.
Thank you for being part of my community.
Jesus loves you, and so do I.
Love and light.
E.
